The courier didn't turn up. Can I rebook collection?

To rebook collection, visit www.parcelhero.com/collection. You will need your tracking number, along with the delivery postcode and phone number.  

Note: If you have booked with Hermes, they will attempt collection again on the next working day, up to a maximum of three attempts. With other couriers, you will need to rebook collection.

With some couriers, you may have to pay a fee to book a new collection date. Find out more from our re-booking information page.
