My Shipping labels have not been received. How can I get them?

You should receive an email with your shipping labels within two minutes of completing the booking process. If you haven’t received your labels, check your junk inbox, if still not received you can log in to your account and choose to reprint your labels from there.

On rare occasions, you may receive an error message when you complete your booking, you should receive your labels via email in the following 60 minutes.
