If the collecting courier did not collect all of your parcels, you must rebook a collection for the remaining parcels. Unfortunately, this will incur extra costs.
You may also be able to drop off your remaining parcels.
How do I avoid this happening again?
- It is your responsibility to make sure that the courier collects every one of the parcels that you need collecting.
- Ask the collecting courier to sign any and all of the shipment receipts we provide with your booking.
- Be sure to have your parcels ready and in the same place when your driver arrives.
