To attach your parcel label, it’s best to use a documents enclosed pouch.
If you don’t have one on hand:
- Use clear packaging tape to attach the label to the box.
- Don’t leave any edges unsecured, as they could catch on conveyor belts or parcels and tear.
- Make sure you don’t cover the barcodes, or your package can not be collected.
Can the collecting driver provide a document pouch?
Some of our carriers will be able to give you a documents pouch, though we cannot guarantee it, so it’s better to have your labels attached before the driver arrives to collect. EVRi and DPD never carry documents pouches.
