Do I need more than one label?

Most of our partner couriers require just one label per parcel. However, some carriers require an extra copy to be printed and given to the driver separately, this is called the 'archive label'.

Additionally we print an extra spare label that we ask you to place inside each parcel. If the label you affix to the box becomes detached, this significantly reduces the risk of your parcel being recovered. 

We will always print the exact number of labels you need, and give you clear instructions on what to do with each label. 

Note: If you don't want to print a spare label, simply login and turn this off in the default settings.
