My collection failed as I didn't receive my labels in time. What happens now?

Your labels are produced as soon as you pay for your booking. If we informed you that there was an issue preventing us from producing your labels and this affected your collection, then we will rebook for free.

Producing a label can fail for a number of reasons. This could include the address being invalid, or not recognised by the courier. If this does happen, we investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the rare event that this affects collection, contact us and we will rebook collection for free.
