The driver said they would come back with a tail-lift vehicle, but hasn't?

The driver should not have made this arrangement with you, as any changes to your booking should be made directly with our customer service team. Please contact us to arrange re-booking of your collection. Since the wrong vehicle was dispatched, there is no charge for rebooking the collection.

Sometimes large or awkward shaped items require special equipment for loading such as a pallet truck or vehicle with a tail-lift. If you entered the correct weight and dimensions of your parcel when you booked delivery, the courier should then send a suitable vehicle to collect it, but sometimes they fail to dispatch the correct vehicle, so we also recommend you contact us in advance to advise us that special loading equipment is required.
