Have all parcels in my shipment been received?

You can check the progress of your shipment by tracking your parcels.

If your tracking number is for a shipment with multiple parcels, the parcels will be grouped together according to their status. If some parcels in your shipment have been received while others are still in transit a scan will be visible that will be titled “part delivery.”

If there was a problem in delivery, it will appear as an exception.

Note: If some parcels within your shipment are delayed, the other parcels will generally be held until the delayed parcels arrive, this will normally happen within 24 hours.
