If your tracking says that your parcel has been delivered and you did not receive it personally, your parcel may have been delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place.
Typically, your driver will leave a note explaining the location if they cannot deliver to you personally.
When you track your parcel, we normally inform you of the signatory name, or the location delivered. If you can’t find your parcel, check the scans first.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us.
