My goods are stuck in customs, does the receiver need to contact the carrier?

Your parcel may have been held for any number of reasons, only some of which require contact with the recipient. Customs may simply want to check the paperwork you provided or verify the contents or value.

Normally the tracking information will provide information on what’s required. If the latest scan indicates additional information is required from the recipient, please ask them to contact the delivering courier, if information if required from the shipper, please contact us.
