Am I entitled to a refund as my shipment was not delivered on time?

We only offer a money back-guarantee as standard as follows:

  1. If you purchased a premium timed AM delivery services.
  2. If you upgraded by purchasing our optional money back guarantee.

If you did not purchase a timed delivery or upgrade to our money back guarantee, then unfortunately you are not entitled to a refund.

Additionally, our money back guarantee does not cover circumstances where the courier delivered late due to circumstances beyond their control, such as bad whether or a traffic accident.

If you did send a qualifying shipment, and delivery was delayed due to a courier error, then please contact us to request a refund.
