As long as you enter the correct parcel size, weight and postcodes into our booking form, everything will be included in your quote.
The one exception is any applicable residential surcharge, UPS are currently the only carrier that applies a surcharge for residential delivery and this charge will be added if you enter a residential delivery address for the receiver. Don't worry we'll let you know about it and if there are any cheaper options available, we'll also give you the option to swap courier.
