What is an ATR Certificate?

The ATR.1 Certificate is a customs form specifically for shipments between the EU and Turkey. It certifies that the goods it is travelling with were put into circulation in the EU and Turkey – either that they were made their or have gone through the correct import procedures. It allows for reduced tariffs when clearing customs.
