I was charged twice for my order, what do I do now?

At the bottom of this page you will see “Query not answered? Send us a message >.”

Select this and click “I need help with an existing order.” Enter you tracking number.

Explain that you have been charged twice for the same order, we will refund the second fee (the original fee is connected to your order).
