Can the carrier hold my package for a future delivery date?

Your carrier may need to hold your package for a short while, if, for example, your receiver is away. Different carriers are able to hold packages for different periods of time, please check our table below. Be aware though, this is not guaranteed.

If delivered to UPS Access Point™, 10 working days.

International

Generally, 5 working days at depot.
If delivered to UPS Access Point™, 10 working days.

DHL

Domestic

No guarantees can be given but generally 5 working days.

International

No guarantees can be given but generally 5 working days. This will depend on the country, for example many South American countries will automatically return any shipments that cannot be delivered straight away.
