I entered the wrong delivery address; how can I change it?

To change the delivery address before your parcel is collected, amend your shipment. 

If your parcel has already been collected, let us know by clicking “Send us a message” at the bottom of this page. Explain the situation and we will attempt to find your parcel and have it rerouted to the correct delivery address. There is no guarantee that this will be successful, you will also be charged a fee to have the parcel’s destination changed.
