Occasionally (and usually due to unusually busy days) your courier may not have enough room left in the dispatched van for your parcel. If this happens please go to our collections page and enter your tracking number, if you are not logged in, also enter the delivery postcode or phone number.
Select “Change or rebook your collection” and select the date and time window that best suits you. Next, confirm and pay. The driver will pick up your parcel on the date and time that you selected.
You may also be able to drop off your parcel at a local drop off shop or courier depot
Note: If you have chosen to add a moneyback guarantee, you are eligible for a refund if the delivery is not made during the allotted window.
