Occasionally (and usually due to unusually busy days) your courier may not have enough room left in the dispatched van for your parcel. If this happens please rebook your collection.
You may also be able to drop off your parcel at a local drop off shop or courier depot
Note: When you rebook for this reason, an investigation will be opened with the courier. If the courier finds that there was insufficient room in the vehicle then your rebooking is free. If however, they find that this was not the reason the collection failed, then you will be charged a rebooking fee from your initial payment method.
