If the receiver refuses to pay the customs duties, you have three options. You can:
- Choose to pay the duties yourself. To do this, you must contact us to reverse the charges. You will need to pay us in advance, and there is an admin charge for doing so.
- Have the package returned. You will have to pay the return shipping charges.
- Abandon the package in customs. This is not recommended, and the package will likely be destroyed.
