I can't login, what do I do now?

If you cannot login to your ParcelHero account and you know what email address you set the account up with, select “forgot password” at the bottom of our login page. You will then be guided through the process for creating a new password.

Note: If you are unable to remember your email address, please create a new ParcelHero account.
