The courier didn't turn up. Can I rebook collection?

We're sorry the courier did not arrive. Please visit our collection page to re-book your collection. 

Note: If you have booked with Hermes, they will attempt collection again on the next working day, up to a maximum of three attempts. With other couriers, you will need to rebook collection.
