After booking
If you have already made a booking and cannot use or find a printer, amend your shipment to choose a “No Printer.” See below for details of booking a "No Printer" service.
Note: Due to the limited options for pre-printed labels, the cost of your delivery service may be more, you may also incur a small fee for cancelling your original booking.
Before booking
During the booking process choose the filter option “No Printer.” None of the services we then display will require a printer. For collection services the driver will bring a shipping labels, and for drop-off services we will send you a QR code.
