For deliveries to some destinations, such as Sweden or Denmark, our partner carriers may not be able to deliver to a residential address. We will let you know that this is the case during the booking process.
You will be offered the following options:
- Switch your carrier to one who can deliver to residential addresses. This may cost more, but your package will be delivered to your receiver’s front door as planned.
- Add a business address as your destination. The package will be delivered to the business address instead. This is unlikely to change the cost of your service.
- Leave your shipment as it is, and your courier will deliver the package to the nearest collection point to your destination. Your receiver will need to collect the parcel from the collection point themselves. Find out more about Pick Up and Drop Off points.
